Pass-It-On Program Details
Who can participate: Individuals, companies, churches, and groups. Anyone or any group that needs to raise funds can participate. In the case of companies, churches, and groups, you must enter the company, church or group name on the registration form. Checks will be made payable to the company, church or group.
What's in it for you: Up to 20% referral commission payment for friend, family, employee and associate purchases made with your Discount Code.
What's in it for your friends, family, employees, and associates: A 10% discount on all items purchased at www.varietytees.com when they use your Discount Code.
What's included: Everything on this site except custom orders, taxes, shipping, and handling.
What's NOT included: Custom orders, taxes, shipping, and handling.
Here's how it works:
1) Upon acceptance of registration you will be assigned your own unique Discount Code. In addition you will receive an email template for use in sending referral emails to your friends, family, employees, and associates. This template will contain your link to www.varietytees.com with your Discount Code embedded in the link. When your friends, family, employees, and associates use your link to go to varietytees.com, your discount code will automatically appear in the discount code field when they purchase and checkout. Plan to use an automatic link with your Discount Code embedded, or you should tell them to enter your Discount Code in the Discount Code box at checkout. If the automatic link does not work, make sure the Discount Code is entered manually. This is a requirement for their 10% discount, and your commission payment.
2) Once you have your Discount Code and email template, you can begin referring your friends, family, employees, and associates to www.varietytees.com. You can contact them via email, myspace, facebook, twitter, phone, or you can even have cards printed with your Discount Code. You MUST tell them to make sure they enter your Discount Code in the Discount Code field during checkout. You can automate this process by having them click on your automatic link (from your email template) to www.varietytees.com. As a Variety T Shirt Company Referral Representative, you are responsible for making sure the automatic link is operating properly through your network. Your family, friends, employees, and associates MUST make sure your code appears in the "Discount Code" area at checkout. NO ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE IF DISCOUNT CODES ARE MISSING OR ARE ENTERED INCORRECTLY!
3) Once your friends, family, employees, and associates start making purchases on www.varietytees.com using your Discount Code, you will begin earning referral fees. The referral fees you earn are based upon the total merchandise purchased by your friends, family, employees, and associates. Referral commission is paid for merchandise purchases only! Taxes, shipping and handling are NOT included! After the last calendar day of the month, we will add the total referral purchases for the month, and send you a commission notice and check. Referral commission checks will be mailed 7 days after the close of each month. Here is the referral commission schedule based upon the total merchandise purchased by your referrals:
